About
We know that a sense of belonging is hugely important to care experienced young people and we are invested in the concept of fostering creative communities, interacting with the geographical environment and protecting places 'of interest'.
We are committed to enabling and empowering people and places and in both physical and digital spaces.
Urban / Rural / Islands
While we're based in Scotland's urban heart Glasgow, our work has not only reached Edinburgh/Dundee/Aberdeen/Inverness but small towns, rural communities, and islands, recognising that each landscape is a unique context and that it's important to extend resources to reduce senses of isolation in remote areas.
Local / National / International
From neighbourhood projects to national partnerships like and knowledge exchange with organisations across continents - we are building a movement and community that transcends borders.
Physical / Digital
Digital space is an increasingly important setting for connection, community and creativity. We strive to bridge both physical and digital environments to widen access and participation.

TIPS - Trauma Informed Places and Spaces
In partnership with INCH Architecture we created a development process and design guidelineblueprint a trauma informed urban centre for Articulate Cultural Trust.
The key elements to be incorporated in each and every space that we inhabit are:
(1) Places to be - where young people can be present and mindful, spaces that cater to human rights and well-being.
(2) Places to belong - where young people can belong, spaces that have connection with the past, heritage and community.
(3) Places to become - where young people can become empowered for their future through creativity and life skills - places to become.
Below is a piece by Rizwan Saqib created as part of this project.
